Handcrafted Keemun Silver Needle Black Tea, known as the "Empress of Golden Needle Black Teas." Spring 2025, using only the first spring single buds of the Keemun Chu Ye variety, it takes 68,000 buds to produce 100g of dried tea. Grown at 300–600m elevation in Danxia hilly terrain with large day-night temperature differences, the tea contains 23.1% polyphenols, 4.0% amino acids, and a phenol-to-amino ratio of 5.8, establishing a fresh, mellow, sweet, and smooth base with no astringency. Entirely hand-picked and hand-rolled, fermented at a controlled 28°C for 70 minutes, then fully dried with light fire, achieving a moisture content ≤4.2%. GC-MS testing shows linalool at 1.41 mg/g and phenylethyl alcohol at 0.58 mg/g, creating the signature Keemun rose and honey-fruit aroma. Theaflavins at 1.19% and thearubigins at 10.3% (GB/T 30483) yield a bright, vivid red liquor with a thick golden rim. Caffeine content is 31 mg per 200 ml, offering gentle stimulation; water extractives reach 47%, allowing 8–9 infusions while retaining sweetness and aroma. Double-layer sealed in aluminum foil bag and tin can, retains fragrance for 24 months at room temperature away from light; SGS tested with zero detection in 500 pesticide residues, full SC traceability. Each serving costs less than one dollar, delivering an exquisite fusion of handcrafted silver tips and Keemun rose aroma—an elegant choice for premium personal enjoyment or gifting.
